Recent reports revealed that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are to produce a film about the Afghanistan war for Netflix, showing a new facet of their production company.
This film will be based on the memoir book ‘No Way Out’ by Major Adam Jowett about the Afghanistan War. This story is based on real events behind the hard mission of the Easy Company, a unit of British soldiers, which tested their limits.
Deadline, which was the first media to share the news, revealed that Matt Charman is writing the Netflix adaptation of the book, Tracy Ryerson is in charge of script content, and Harry and Meghan will produce the movie under their company, Archewell Productions.

This new production is different from the previous projects of the couple because, in the first place, it has a personal military connection to Prince Harry and his Afghanistan service; it is also their first major project about war; and finally, it is a strategy in the industry for being a high-level Hollywood bet.
