On August 16 KST, Spotify announced that BLACKPINK’s song, “Playing With Fire,” recently exceeded 500 million streams on the platform. This new milestone becomes even more special as they become the only girl group in history to have twelve songs exceeding that figure so far.
“Playing With Fire” talks about that young and passionate love that feels dangerous yet exciting to explore. The song has become their 12th song to reach the milestone, and the 57th song by a Korean act to achieve this milestone. Congratulations to the girls for this amazing record among the girl groups!
