Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle have revealed that the 4th of July is a date that has marked an important day in their relationship, they have also shared the truth about what happened on this day years ago that caused such an impact on their relationship.
Contrary to what many would believe, it is not because of the day of the independence of the United States, the country where they moved after resigning from the British monarchy, but rather it is a special date because it is the day they had their second date and they sealed their love marking the beginning of their relationship.
The Duke of Sussex recalled in his memoir ‘Spare‘ how he met his wife, specifically in the third stage of the book, the Prince revealed when he met her through a publication of a mutual friend named Violet on Snapchat in the summer of 2016.
After seeing the publication Harry would use his charms to comment “I had never seen a woman so beautiful“, referring to Meghan. After this interaction, the Prince asked Violet to introduce them, and they arrange a date at Soho House when the actress was in London.
Having a good first date, they agreed to have their second date the next day, which was on July 4th, where the current couple would seal their love with a passionate kiss and begin a relationship that continues to this day.
