The tension between Queen Consort Camilla Parker and Meghan Markle has been revealed by writer Tom Bower in his new book “Rebel Prince: The Power, Passion and Defiance of Prince Charles“. According to Bower, the wife of King Charles III reportedly dubbed the former “Suits” actress as “the minx” after she and Prince Harry left the royal family in early 2020.
Bower also suggests that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s silence when Queen Elizabeth II announced that Camilla would be the future queen consort was “a planned insult“, which could have created even more enmity between the two women.
