Predator: Badlands has become Hulu’s most successful movie premiere since the release of Prey in 2022. According to a report published on February 19, 2026, by Deadline, the film recorded nearly 9 million global views within its first five days of streaming on Hulu and Disney+. This made it the number one premiere on the platform since Prey, which remains Hulu’s most-watched film debut.

The Hulu and Disney+ production released in theaters in November 2025 and earned 184.5 million dollars worldwide, making it the highest-grossing entry in the Predator franchise. All nine Predator films are now available on Hulu, along with 15 new videos included in the Predator Creators Collection. Together, the film franchise has accumulated more than 300 million hours streamed.

Directed by Dan Trachtenberg and written by Patrick Aison and Brian Duffield, the story is set in the future on a remote planet. It follows a young Predator named Dimitrius Schuster Koloamatangi who has been kicked out from his clan. He creates an unexpected alliance with a character named Thia, played by Elle Fanning, and begins a dangerous journey in search of the ultimate adversary.
