And while this set of pictures came just a few days ago, it’s not the first time Joy has sparked chatter due to her weight. On November 11th, 2024, she opened up about her lifestyle during her appearance on MBC’s I Live Alone. The “Hello” singer shared that she has been following a “blood sugar diet,” focusing on meals that stabilize glucose levels. Her morning routine includes lemon water, probiotics, omega-3s, and olive oil. 
In addition, the K-pop star also admitted that she often overworked herself and dieted too harshly to meet others’ expectations during her twenties. However, she revealed that she was taking a more mindful approach to self-care, one that was not driven by others.
