BLACKPINK’s Rosé keeps increasing her popularity in the United States and worldwide. The idol has just added another jewel to her crown as a solo artist with her latest accolade in the renowned magazine, TIME.
On April 17, the magazine published its annual list of the top 100 influential individuals worldwide. There’s no secret that Rosé has been the talk of the town in the Kpop scene for a while, after the release of her major hit, “APT,” along with Bruno Mars, and this was enough for her to be featured on the list.

The achievement is a major statement for the idol as she became the first Kpop soloist in history to make it to the TIME 100 list. The magazine classified rosé as a pioneer and chose actress Lily Collins to write a tribute for her:
“I’ve come to learn that not only is Rosé really genuine and down-to-earth, but she’s also a total badass. She’s such a dynamic performer and songwriter, and I think it’s incredible that she’s able to captivate arenas full of people as both a member of the biggest girl group in the world and also as a solo artist.
