Netflix in controversy for stealing one of the best action series from HBO: a tribute to Bruce Lee and martial arts

As HBO bids farewell to several series, a new window opens for them on Netflix. It is not the first time that Netflix takes things from other catalogs, and is that let’s remember that the series that are very successful, it is time to get attentive of licensing and that is something well that Netflix has done, they are good at bringing new content to its platform.

Bruce Lee Enterteinment’s production company, HBO bet big in 2019 on ‘Warrior’. Set in the late nineteenth century tells the story of a born prodigy of martial arts and his story of China to the big city of San Francisco, where he faces in a fight Chinatown gangs, this is the series based on one of the writings left by Bruce Lee.

That after three seasons has broken contract with HBO, opening a new possibility for Netflix where a fourth season could emerge. Being the daughter of Bruce Lee, Shannon Lee as producer of this highly acclaimed series entrepreneur, is the most visible face of the foundation that bears the name of his father, in which he serves as CEO saying that this series carries the indomitable spirit of his father because despite many complications the series refuses to die and is now where it has a new home.

Even though we may not always like the content we find on Netflix, they are certainly always updating their catalog to offer us what we like the most.
