When we talk about the celebrity of the moment, all eyes go straight to Taylor Swift, and is that the superstar since young, has demonstrated a great talent for music that has been applauded worldwide, making even large corporations accept the power she has to give her a little more fame.

When it was announced that Taylor Swift was dating the talented player Travis Kielce, the world has not been able to take its eyes off her, to the extent that the artist was one of the most expected people to attend the Super Bowl 2024. Everyone wanted to see the cute couple party and they were not disappointed, especially considering that they basically spotlighted Taylor Swift for a full minute, a lot of air time, considering the cost of advertising the game.

Taylor Swift appeared on screen for 53 seconds at the game, according to the Houston Chronicle. Considering the $7 million cost to run a 30-second advertisement during this year’s Super Bowl, such airtime was valued at around $12.4 million.

The Super Bowl season is a great time for all brands, and even the most famous brands want to appear even for a few seconds in front of all the people who will watch the game, making many celebrities star in several commercials that have been very well paid.

It has been alleged that Verizon paid Beyoncé $30 million to feature in their 60-second Super Bowl advertisement. Other well-known and costly cameos have included Ben Affleck’s 30-second advertisement for Dunkin’ in 2023 and Larry David’s 30-second commercial for FTX in 2022; sources told CNN that the celebs received payments of roughly $10 million apiece.

Without a doubt, this year was quite a show for the Super Bowl show, and we’re not just talking about Usher’s participation. Hopefully someday Taylor Swift will want to do the halftime show.
