DNCE frontman and Jonas Brothers member, Joe Jonas, filed for divorce from Game of Thrones actress, Sophie Turner on September 5. Since then, things have gone into a messy back-and-forth between the pair, mainly because of the custody of their two children.
Recently, Sophie filed a lawsuit in Manhattan, United States, requesting his ex-husband to return their children from the United States to her native country – England, and stated the kids had been “wrongfully retained.” After this, Joe Jonas’ agent said they were looking to reach an agreement foir “sharing parenting” but it looks like things are far from over…
Considering that divorcing and custody situation might take a while, popstar Taylor Swift came to the rescue! That’s right, it turns out she loaned Sophie Turner her own apartment downton in New York, United States. Check out these pics of Sophie setting up in the apartment:
This comes after both Sophie and Taylor were spotted going out to different places, so it would not be strange that they were able to build off a firendship and, because of that, the pop queen decided to have this lovely gesture!
According to Page Six, Taylor Swift kept the place as an investment property, but decided to loan her exclusive crib to the “Game of Thrones” superstar while she and her ex-husband attempt to solve their children’s custody situation.
About this, New York trial lawyer Aaron Richard Golub, spilled the tea saying that this is getting set up to be a hard one to swallow. He told Page Six “It’s going to be a long court battle,” and that it will “swing like a pendulum.”
