Princess Leonor of Spain began a new chapter of her educational life on September 7, 2026, when she attended her first day at Madrid’s Carlos III University. After completing three years of military training, the soon-to-be Queen is now studying Political Science and is expected to spend the next four years at the university. For her first campus appearance, she chose a relaxed outfit that mixed comfort with a polished, easy vibe.

Leonor wore a sleeveless button-up top with a lapel collar and V-neckline, pairing it with dark-wash, loose straight-leg jeans. She finished the look with Onitsuka Tiger Mexico 66 sneakers in the Birch/Peacoat colorway, featuring a cream base, gray details, and blue stripes. The classic low-profile sneakers, priced at around $177, added a slightly retro vibe to her look while keeping it appropriate for Spain’s current heat wave.

She also highlighted Spanish fashion with a black Andy shopper from independent brand MAS1. Her accessories included silver jewelry and a Garmin Instinct 2 Solar smartwatch, which she has owned since her military training. Even though Leonor’s first university look attracted plenty of attention, she reportedly hopes to maintain a low profile and blend in with her classmates during her undergraduate years.
