BTS had such an amazing reception on the American charts once again after the release of their fifth full album, “ARIRANG.” Currently, the idols are promoting several songs from the album as singles, a rollout that is rarely seen in the Kpop industry. However, BTS is always the groundbreaking pioneer in trends.
This time, “NORMAL” gets the single treatment in South Korea and the United States with a huge rollout, including visuals for the song. Fortunately, all of the idols’ efforts paid off as “NORMAL” reentered the US Billboard Hot 100 at number 33 on the chart dated August 1, marking a new peak for the track.
The song originally placed No. 41 on the Billboard Hot 100 during the album’s release. Now, the song is spending its fourth nonconsecutive week on the chart, and the first one inside the Top 40. In addition, “NORMAL” also topped Billboard’s Digital Song Sales chart this week. Promotions won’t halt there; BTS has recently announced that “NORMAL” will also get a Korean version to promote in their homeland. Congratulations to BTS on another amazing milestone!
