BTS member Suga reportedly made an early investment in Elon Musk’s aerospace company, SpaceX, years before the company’s stock market debut. According to a report published by the South Korean news outlet Edaily on June 30, 2026, the BTS member invested through Link Asset Partners, a South Korean venture capital firm that held investments in SpaceX. The outlet affirmed that the investment was made before 2022, but neither the exact date nor the amount invested was disclosed. Because of the limited information available, the real value of Suga’s investment and any financial returns have not been validated.

SpaceX experienced significant growth over the past several years. The company was reportedly valued at around 46 billion dollars in 2020 before boosting its numbers to approximately 100 billion dollars in 2021. Following its stock market debut on June 12, 2026, reports estimated the company’s valuation had climbed to nearly 1.77 trillion dollars. Based on those numbers, early investors could have seen substantial gains. However, it is not possible to calculate Suga’s personal return without knowing the details of the investment he personally made.

Following the publication of the report, HYBE declined to comment on eSuga’s stock investment. A company representative told Edaily that it was difficult to confirm information related to an artist’s personal affairs. “It is difficult to confirm matters related to an artist’s personal affairs,” he said. As a result, the claims remain unverified, and neither Suga nor his agency has publicly confirmed whether the reported investment can be disclosed to the general public.
