BTS’ Jungkook has shocked the world several times this year, from his highly-acclaimed album, “GOLDEN” to his announcement about his enlistment in the South Korean army on December 12. Regardless of the news, Jungkook is always at the top, and this new release is no exception to the rule.
The Golden Maknae’s goal is to enter into the American market, and he excelled at it. The idol triumphed on the charts with his three singles, “Seven,” “3D,” and “Standing Next to You,” this last one, received special treatment as he started teasing a special collaboration with Usher.
Finally, on December 15, KST, Jungkook, and Usher rolled out the long-awaited performance video for the title track, “Standing Next to You.” The performance video features Golden Maknae and Usher’s dance moves along with a crew of dancers in a heated place.
Undoubtedly, BTS’ Jungkook’s enlistment didn’t stop his success or release of new material recorded before December 12. Surely, the idol keeps promoting the “GOLDEN” era from a distance, as it seems is far from over.
