The famous actress Jennifer Aniston has surprised her followers by revealing one of her best kept secrets, the 4 tips to stay in good physical shape at 54 years old, a fact that has been highly praised among her fans in recent years.

Although this is the reason for her incredible physical condition and sounds very logical, many will find it difficult to believe, since these are basic care activities that each person should follow to maintain their health and physique.

 

I drink a lot of water, move my body daily, try to eat whole, fresh foods and sleep as much as I can”, shared the famous actress.

However, she also confessed that this is not an entirely easy task for her, since in everything she may encounter difficulties, but the most important thing is to keep trying, focusing on the goal.

That last part is a challenge for me (sleeping), but it’s so important. I feel it when I don’t get enough rest“, Aniston shares.

I’ve felt motivated to exercise like I haven’t in years. I look forward to challenging classes and feel stronger and more comfortable in my body when I do“, the star adds.

For her part, she also mentions the importance of mental health, claiming that she controls what she consumes through screens, such as social networks and television, since much of this content may not be beneficial for her.

I try to be very conscious of what I let into my mental space“, the actress said.
