‘Machos Alfa‘ is a miniseries of barely 10 chapters and is quite risqué, it has a sarcastic and heavy humor and for many the main objective of this production is to make fun of machismo.

The plot tells the controversial adventures of four friends, who feel totally lost in today’s society as we know it, where they will have to adapt each in their own way to face the chaos that encompasses the community of constant arguments between men and women.

The series has generated some controversy among Netflix users, as some have criticized director Laura Caballero’s attempt to ridicule the male gender. However, most viewers think that the plot is entertaining and funny.

The main theme of the series is feminism in its purest form, as well as the controversial idea that “the man is always the problem”.
