Wednesday is undoubtedly one of the most beloved series of the year, as we saw such iconic characters from the hand of the great director Tim Burton. The series quickly reached every screen of the platform being one of the first places.

Fans quickly made their presence felt by sharing many conspiracies, curious facts and content related to the famous series. The impact of the series was so great that the platform has already confirmed a second season, which will begin filming soon.

Not having much public information about what the second season could be about, fans started with their theories and asking the creators for the things they would like to see on screen.

Another iconic character in the series is Enid, Wednesday’s charming roommate who becomes her best friend, a loving and colorful companion who supports Wednesday unconditionally.

“For us, this series is also very much about the female friendship between Merlina and Enid, they are at the center of it.

The fact that they have connected with the audience is very gratifying,” said Gough.

When asked about fans asking for Enid and Merlina to be a couple, Millar replied:

“We’re not going to rule anything out, and obviously sometimes characters reveal themselves. That’s the fun thing we love about television, that it’s an organic journey.”
