On a recent Vlive, BTSRM gave his thoughts on those who criticize the K-pop group. Despite achieving great success in the years since their debut, the artists still receive a lot of hate.

Earlier this month, rapper Joe Budden blasted saying that BTS is Chinese.

I know they big, I know it’s China, I don’t wanna see it“, Budden said on a recent episode of his podcast.

The 41-year-old rapper, best known for 2003’s “Pump It Up“, has been outspoken about how he dislikes the group, which has broken records as the most popular K-pop group in the United States.

I hate them…I don’t want to see them dance moves. I don’t want to see you come down from the sky in a little umbrella

Do I need a reason… I hate them. I do n’t have to divulge my reason“, he replies when questioned about his reason for hating the group.

During the Vlive RM explained that the hatred generated by BTS is too much. But despite this, the K-pop idol admits that seeing enemies outside of Korea is a symbol of success for him and BTS.

Having enemies in the United States means that we are now in the mainstream. It’s amazing“, BTS’s RM announced.

THE LOVE I HAVE FOR THIS MAN!!!🥰 RM WAS SO TIRED BUT STILL CAME ON VLIVE TO TALK TO ARMY!!! 🥺 HE IS TRULY THE BEST LEADER AND FORGET THE SCAMMYS TOO!! EVERYONE KNOWS HOW INVOLVED BTS ARE IN MAKING THEIR MUSIC! HATERS GONNA HATE!!! #RM pic.twitter.com/vk6fIwEDNa

RM explained that hanging out with haters is just a waste of energy. Because of this, the leader doesn’t want ARMY to respond to the haters because it’s just a waste of energy and only feeds them more.

Also, RM points out that there is nothing wrong with having an opinion. But when he is brought into the mainstream, he shows that opinion can actually be hate.

Having enemies is a sign of success and this is how RM treats those who are too critical of BTS.

They don’t look great, do they? It’s easy to give hateful opinions”, he explained.
