BTS is currently embarked on a major world tour to promote their fifth full album, “ARIRANG.” The idols became the talk of the town for all the wrong reasons after one of their shows was delayed by more than an hour. Now, they are ready to address this unfortunate situation.

On June 12 KST, BTS took over their official social media accounts to release an apology letter after the group’s Busan concert. The concert was scheduled to begin at 7:00 PM, but due to delays in audience entry, the show started approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes later than planned, at around 8:15 PM.

HYBE and BTS apologized to all the fans who attended the concert for the inconvenience. The music agency explained that despite having prepared extensively to ensure a smooth experience for attendees, several issues occurred simultaneously on-site. These factors contributed negatively to the start of the show.

“We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment caused to all audience members who waited for a long time. We will carefully inspect and improve overall on-site operations, including entry procedures and gift distribution, so that similar issues do not occur in the next day’s performance.”
