A few hours ago, Stray Kids‘ Bang Chan went viral once again for his big muscles, drawing the attention of all fans around the world, who praise his body proportions and discipline.
On May 16th, the K-Pop idol shared a new video through his Bubble fan chat with a glimpse of his workout routine while doing a face pull exercise on a high pulley with a rope, wearing a tank top that exposes his arm and back muscles.
Bang Chan accompanied the video with the motivational message for fans, “Your body is your own responsibility,” and concluded by asking them “Being healthy doesn’t hurt, right?” is a way to encourage them to work out and stay healthy.
