The documents identify the man as a 51-year-old named Donald from Louisiana. The “Woman in Me” singer and author reportedly said she does not know him and has never had a relationship with him. Her security guard allegedly saw the stalker at her property and contacted the sheriff’s department. The man was later found at the scene by the authorities, and one deputy later took him into custody. The petition states that he showed unusual behavior during the arrest and made several incoherent comments. Britney Spears’ legal team also said that some of his online posts were hard to comprehend, even though some of them could be considered threats.
