Former NewJeans member Danielle has secured new ambassador contracts during a period of intense public attention around her and the group. On January 20, 2025, it was announced that Danielle is continuing her ambassadorship with OLENS, a premium contact lens brand from South Korea. In addition, she will keep working with Celine and Omega, joining Yun Bin and Han So Hee as one of Omega’s Korean ambassadors.

The announcement came while NewJeans were going through a contract dispute with their management company, ADOR, under HYBE. However, the courtroom battle came to an end on November 12, 2025, when members Haerin and Hyein confirmed their return to the company. Later the same day, it was revealed that Hanni, Danielle, and Minji also intended to come back to the agency. However, on December 29, 2025, HYBE’s ADOR revealed they had terminated Danielle’s contract and filed a lawsuit against her, one of her family members, and former CEO, Min Hee Jin, for approximately $30 million.

Following her removal from NewJeans, Danielle created her own social media accounts and announced that she would move forward with her career, thanked the fans and the NewJeans members on an Instagram post from the @dazzibelle account. Despite being excluded from NewJeans, OLENS reported that they would continue their partnership with Danielle. On January 20, 2025, multiple social media accounts revealed that the KPop star would keep her role as OLENS’ global ambassador under new management, despite changes surrounding the group. The renewed attention to both OLENS and Omega has drawn strong public reaction.
