TWS has recently become one of the most notorious boy groups in the Kpop scene after releasing their hit single, “Plot Twist.” The idols were invited to a baseball game in Incheon as special guests, which made their fans go crazy and some of them even decided to attend the match. However, the situation quickly got out of hand.
TWS’ Shinyu was invited as the special pitcher, while Dohoon was the special batter. The atmosphere got tense after baseball fans showed their discontent with TWS fans because they weren’t near their seats and stood up several times to take photos.
To make things worse, TWS’ fans blocked the view of other audience members and were kicked out of the arena but some sasaengs resisted the orders and refused to leave the event which led to chaos ensuing. The situation scaled quickly and made K-netizens show their outrage on social media where the general consensus was that this shouldn’t be the behavior of a fandom.
Allegedly, TWS also had to leave the event because of the fans’ disruption and which caused discontent among the general public present at the Incheon arena. There’s no doubt that this is a call for fans to stop having inappropriate behavior in public spaces solely because their favorite idols are there.
