After the new member of the royal family was born, many supporters wonder about the truth behind Princess Eugenie welcoming her third child in Portugal instead of the United Kingdom like her sons.
On August 4th, Buckingham Palace announced that the previous day the Princess of York and her husband, Jack Brooksbank, had welcomed their third child, a girl, who was born in a hospital in Lisbon, Portugal.
This decision marked a meaningful difference between her and her older brothers, August Philip Hawke and Ernest George Ronnie, who were born at Portland Hospital in London, England, and generated much debate about her nationality and position in the succession line.

In 2022, the couple started dividing their time between the United Kingdom and Portugal due to Jack’s job change, receiving a new position with property tycoon Mike Meldman, one of George Clooney’s business partners, so the family settled there despite their British roots.
Since then, they have been enjoying their time in the European country, Princess Eugenie even said that living in “Portugal is the dream because I can go to the supermarket in my exercise gear and my hair piled on my head and not mind.
