In a recent update of the AMAs 2026, EJAE, Audrey Nuna, and Rei Ami were announced the winners of ‘Song of the Year’ for ‘Golden,’ getting another achievement for ‘KPop Demon Hunters.’

On this night of May 25th, the 52nd American Music Awards is taking place, reuniting the most outstanding artists of the year to celebrate and award their biggest hits and bring amazing performances.

After taking home so many prizes and recognitions during the last year, EJAE, Audrey Nuna, and Rei Ami, who gave life to HUNTR/X girls, won the prestigious category of ‘Song of the Year’ with their song ‘Golden‘ from the ‘KPop Demon Hunters’ soundtrack.

This time, the girls were also big competitors, renowned for songs from famous names in the industry like Alex Warren, Ella Langley, Kehlani, Leon Thomas, Morgan Wallen, Olivia Dean, Sabrina Carpenter, SOMBR, and Taylor Swift.

EJAE and Rei Ami attended the event and got on stage to receive their award and gave some moving words, a meaningful reference to the movie. “This movie, this song is fueled by the fans. You guys truly sealed the Honmoon.”
