BTS Jungkook’s news about home intrusion incidents has become common in the last couple of months, which raises concerns not only for the idol’s security at his residence but for his personal safety. Finally, he has addressed the worrisome situation.

On September 1, the Golden Maknae went live on his birthday to communicate with his fans, better known as ARMY. The idol began the conversation by stating he did several rounds of cardio today, and didn’t have much energy, and got scared after he saw that there was a staircase in Yongsan with his pictures on it.

Jungkook spoke about the woman who broke into his house last night, saying:

“don’t come, please. don’t come, really. […] if you don’t wanna go to the police station, don’t come.”pic.twitter.com/drIkNV2M5T

The reason behind the idol’s hesitation was the recent break-in at his residence. The idol referred to the incident on August 30, when a woman in her 40s was caught by the South Korean authorities after trespassing into Jungkook’s home, and stating she was just going to his “friend’s house.” Jungkook furiously addressed the concerning and repetitive situation:

“I was watching everything on CCTV. I heard the police arriving, and then I saw her rushing through the underground parking lot trying to open the door. Eventually, she opened it — and the police were standing right there. I witnessed the entire thing. She claimed she was my friend… (Sigh). I mean, ARMY is like family and friends to me, but it was just unfortunate. Of course, I’m so grateful for the support, but this was not it.”

At the end, BTS’ Jungkook issued a strong warning to anyone who tries to break into his home again: “If you come, I’ll lock you in. All the evidence is secured, and you’ll be taken away. Everything is recorded. If you step into my parking lot, you won’t be able to get out unless I open the way. There’s CCTV everywhere. Unless you want to end up at the police station, never come in.
