The BTS star returned around July 21, and on July 29, his trainer Ma Sun Ho shared a gym selfie with the idol that melted fans. Jungkook stood in a black tank top, shorts, beanie, and holding a coffee, while a new chest tattoo peeked out from under his top. His transformation was impossible to miss!
The BTS member has been training hard ever since his military discharge on June 11, when he completed service alongside Jimin. Both stars have been grinding in Los Angeles and now in Korea, with their workouts turning into family exercises. Trainer Ma Sun Ho revealed that even RM, SUGA, and Jimin joined sessions with Jungkook and V. The intensity of these group workouts is no joke, and the gains are showing.
