Jungkook opens up for Harper’s Bazaar Korea

BTS’ Jungkook recently made an appearance in Harper’s Bazaar Korea for a new photoshoot with Hublot, the Swiss watch brand he is an ambassador for. The BTS maknae (youngest member) said photoshoots usually make him feel tense because posing for the camera does not feel natural to him

“I’ve done these shoots so many times, but I never get comfortable. You’re just holding a pose, waiting for the click, it’s not where I feel natural.”

However, this time he seems to have felt different. The “Seven” singer said that the set, the team, and the pace of the shoot helped everything feel more relaxed and creative.

“It didn’t feel forced, so instead of just taking pictures, we were actually making something together. I’ll remember this one.”

What does it feel like for Jungkook to come back with BTS?

The singer also discussed BTS’s return to the stage with the ARIRANG world tour, which began last month at Goyang Stadium. Jungkook said the group spent a long time preparing vocals, choreography, and rehearsals before beginning their first concert. Despite initial fears, his concerns disappeared after stepping on stage. He described the moment as entering another universe, with lights, noise, and fans filling the stadium. After a long break, performing for ARMY again reminded him why he loves being onstage.

“The noise, the lights, fans screaming your name, it’s insane. You stop thinking about anything else.”

Then, the South Korean sensation admitted that the tour has been on his mind constantly, not because of anxiety, but because of excitement. He enjoys traveling, performing, and hearing the crowd react while he sings and dances. Even when he feels tired, sweaty, or overwhelmed, he said that is when he feels in his element.

“Doesn’t matter if my voice is shot or if I’m dripping with sweat, even if everything feels chaotic, that’s when I feel most like myself.”
