A few minutes ago, BTS‘ Jungkook updated his social networks and apologized for technical difficulties during their first show in the United States, moving all fans.
On April 26th, the day after their first concert of the ‘ARIRANG World Tour‘ in the North American leg in Tampa, the Golden Maknae made a shocking statement through his Instagram account, apologizing to fans and generating confusion.
Jungkook made an Instagram story saying in Korean, “Yes, there was a sound issue at Magic Shop yesterday. Don’t worry. We will fix it starting today,” he explained and continued, “We apologize to the ARMYs who came to the concert yesterday.”
On his next story, he wrote, “I’m angry too, heh,” and despite his good intentions of assuming the responsibility, many fans assured him they did not notice this problem, while others understood that this is not his fault and there is no need of an apology.

This problem was a failure in the audio coming from the microphones; people could only hear it when the members were singing, which was the reason why most of them didn’t sing their parts during ‘Magic Shop‘, as they stopped when they noticed the issues.
Some comments on social networks were “Jungkook apologizing for sound issue during magic shop yesterday girl I didn’t even notice 😭😭😭😭😭,” “I was so absorbed during magic shop , I did not realise that there was sound problem. 😭😭,” “He just wants to offer you (army) the best experience… He’s a great person.”
