A few hours ago it was revealed that BLACKPINK‘s Jennie and BTS compete at the 2026 American Music Awards as the only K-Pop artists in their category.

On April 14th, the 2026 AMAs officially announced their list of nominees for every category, including many K-Pop artists who have stolen the attention in recent years with their outstanding talent for singing and dancing.

Two important K-Pop acts compete in the ‘Song of the Summer‘ category this year: Jennie, nominated for her collaboration with Tame Impala, ‘Dracula,’ which is going viral on social networks, and BTS, with their new song ‘SWIM,’ which marked their long-awaited comeback.
