Amid promotions for his recent K-drama, Ahn Hyo Seop talks about how he got his role in ‘K-Pop Demon Hunters‘ and his first expectations for the movie.
On April 26th KST, the actor made an appearance on the YouTube show ‘Fairy Jaehyung,’ where he revealed that his performance in the hit drama ‘Business Proposal‘ influenced him in getting the role of Jinu in the Netflix animated movie.
According to his words, the movie director Maggie Kang was having difficulties while looking for the perfect voice of her main male character, and during auditions she watched ‘Business Proposal’ and liked Ahn Hyo Seop’s performance.
Ahn Hyo Seop also confessed he didn’t expect ‘K-Pop Demon Hunters’ to become the hit it is today, which even took him to the Oscars. The actor said he is very grateful for this opportunity, which reminds him to stay humble and value all his past efforts that have taken him to this moment.
