Amid Aespa‘s comeback promotions, the members Winter and Giselle talk about their first vacation in 7 years, exposing their different personalities while traveling.
On June 12th, the K-Pop idols appeared as the special guests on the new episode of the YouTube channel ZIP DAESUNG titled “First Reveal: aespa Explains Their Universe” with the host BIGBANG‘s Daesung, who asked them about their comeback and personalities.

When the host asked the girls if they had had a long vacation, Winter revealed that “the longest break I took was three weeks. That was this year,” while Giselle said she went on a trip in January, and “It was my first in seven years.”
They continue sharing the details of their vacations, revealing that they spend their time very differently. Winter said, “I went to Hawaii. But if I stay abroad for too long, I start feeling uneasy. Even there, I kept checking my phone and listening to music, and I got a bit bored.”
“I just stayed on the beach. I didn’t do any special activities, just watched movies and then slept,” she concluded.
Meanwhile, Giselle appeared to be quite different, as she stated, “I went to LA. I don’t really know how to rest. Even there, I kept working. But that’s how I get my healing,” confessing that she works even on her break and that’s the way she rests.
