aespa kept the bombastic feeling going by releasing the official music video for “Switchblade,” their collaboration with Ty Dolla $ign. The music video arrived shortly after the quartet made their Lollapalooza debut on August 2, 2026, at Grant Park in Chicago. During the performance, Ty Dolla $ign wowed the crowd after joining Karina, Giselle, NingNing and Winter on stage. Together, the five of them performed the “Switchblade” live for the first time. After the set, the rapper described the experience as incredible and said it was “another unforgettable show” for the four-member girl group.

Meanwhile, the “Switchblade” video matches the song’s electronic sound with bright clothing, strong choreography, and playful chemistry among the members. Instead of following aespa’s usual serious science-fiction plot, the video’s visuals place the group in a strange, chaotic high school setting. Each member plays an unusual student character, while familiar elements from the group’s Kwangya universe appear in a funny and naughty way. This latest visual piece gives aespa’s “LEMONADE” era their third music video for the album, following the title track and “WDA.”

The Lollapalooza appearance marked another important moment in aespa’s international growth. The group performed a 14-song set with a live band, a DJ, and dancers. The show included well-known hits from their discography, as well as new material from their second studio album, “LEMONADE.” Fans can now watch the complete collaboration music video online.
