On December 13th, Timberlake gave a surprise concert in Las Vegas, where during his performance he added a phrase to the lyrics that said, “Ain’t we all just entertainers?/ Think I’m stupid and contagious“, causing great surprise.

This new phrase in the lyrics was identified by fans as a response to the violent reaction he received from the media and netizens to the revelations in Britney Spears’ memoir titled ‘The Woman in Me’, where he confessed he had urged her to abort.
The singer later appeared to respond via an Instagram post, where she shared a video of a leopard standing between two men pole dancing and a man standing face down against a wall, where she wrote the following:
“Psss, I never mentioned how I beat him in basketball, and he would cry… No disrespect!!!“
