On December 5th, EDAM Entertainment confirmed that IU will finally make her comeback, which will feature a musical collaboration with V of BTS, and also assured that the video shootings with the idol had already been completely finished and will be part of the album that marks the comeback of the renowned singer.
However, the album is currently in development, but they were forced to move up the dates for the music video shoot with V of BTS as he is about to start his mandatory military service and will not be able to attend any career commitments.

It is worth noting that this would not be the first collaboration between the singer IU and a BTS member, as she previously had the opportunity to participate in two music projects with SUGA that resulted in hit songs that were titled ‘Eight’ and ‘People Part 2’.
Many fans have expressed their support for the comeback of IU, who made her last release in 2021, plus the collaboration with V is something that many have been asking for since they noticed the chemistry between the two idols during their interesting conversations in IU’s Palette, but the release of this discography still has no official release date.
