The journalist Omid Scobie confirms in his new book ‘Endgame’ that Kate Middleton always despised Meghan Markle since apparently, from the beginning, the Princess of Wales had no interest in forming a close bond with the Duchess of Sussex, which turned out to be very difficult for Prince Harry’s wife.
Meghan Markle naively imagined that, due to the fact that Kate Middleton was initially a citizen outside the royal family, like her, she could serve as support during difficult times. She hoped that she could be a friend who would share some advice with her and improve her stay in royalty, but it was not like that.
According to what is told in the book ‘Endgame‘, Kate is a person who tends to be distant, more so with someone she does not like, and the Duchess was evidently not one of her favorite people during her time as a royal, so she took a dry stance with her, which could have made their relationship never work.
Even so, some sources that shared relevant information for the book revealed an interesting fact, and that is that apparently “The Princess of Wales usually spent more time talking about Meghan than talking to her“. However, however the true reason for Kate’s hatred of her brother-in-law’s wife was never revealed.
