A few days ago a highly anticipated horror movie was released as it continues a saga created by the same James Wan who also created movies like those of The Conjuring.

The 10th installment of the Saw movies would already be in theaters frightening all the people who see it, but apparently within the Netflix platform, there is a movie that will leave those who see it stunned.

It is the film “The Ruins,” which was released in 2008 and lasts just over an hour and a half. Its violent content makes it unsuitable for sensitive people.

“The idyllic Cancun vacation of four young Americans takes a dangerous turn when a tourist convinces them to go on an archaeological dig,” relates the sypnosis on Netflix.

Like Saw X, “The Ruins” takes place in Mexico. In this story, two young American couples (Jeff and Amy and Eric and Stacy) meet Mathias, a German tourist who lost his brother, in Mexico. However, what seemed to be a normal vacation will end up in a completely macabre place.

The tortures of “The Ruins” are much more macabre and violent than those of Saw X, so Netflix will now have a clear competition to pass the tenth installment of Saw, which has marked the significant return of John Kramer.

Do you consider the movie to be much scarier than what we saw in the 10th Saw installment? We’re sure this movie is a great choice if you already went to see Saw and were left wanting even more.
