When it comes to Halloween, people tend to favor movies, but that doesn’t mean there is no place for some spine-tingling series to keep us on the edge of our seats. That’s why we’ll be recommending you this suspense series that is sure to give you goosebumps, and who knows, even some food for thought?

Introducing the latest work by John Carpenter, one of the slash’s genre most prolific creators. He’s been the mastermind behind hits like “Halloween,” “The Fog,” and “The Thing.”

These mini-series are titled “John Carpenter’s Suburban Screams,” and bring to life horror stories in seemingly peaceful suburban areas in the United States. Plus, if you’re the impatient type, we’ve got you covered: the mini-series is only 6 episodes long.

The synopsis alone is terrifying: picture a type of documentary mixed with top-class cinematic production and you’ll get Suburban Screams. The show focuses on cases which supposedly ocurred in real life. It is the perfect combo of horror, slash and true crime.

Mark your calendars! John Carpenter’s new series will be dropping on October 13 (a good day for dropping something like this), and it will premiere on NBCUniversal’s “Peacock.” If you don’t have acess to it, no worries. In the streaming era it will sure hit another major platform soon enough.

Don’t miss out on this masterpiece directed by John Carpenter who joined forces with andy King, Tony DiSanto, Jordan Roberts, Patrick Smith, and Andy Portnoy. You should definitely sleep on your bed, not on this mini-series we got for you!
