EXO’s Suho has been the talk of the town not only for his undeniable talent but for the increasing speculations he might be starring in a new historical romantic K-drama. The idol is well-known for his roles in ‘Behind Your Touch’ and ‘Prime Minister and I’ so his fans, better known as EXO-L couldn’t been more thrilled about the anticipated news.
On September 22, Star News reported that Suho had been confirmed to star in an upcoming MBN’s K-drama temporarily titled “The Crown Prince Has Disappeared” until MBN unveils the name. A couple of hours after the report, Suho’s music agency, SM Entertainment clarified the situation
“Suho received a casting offer from the producers of ‘The Crown Prince Has Disappeared’ and is currently in talks to appear, with a favorable outlook.”
“The Crown Prince Has Disappeared” is described as a rom-com set in the Joseon era about a crown prince who is kidnapped by a woman who is set to become his wife. After the whole chaos of running for their lives, a romance blossoms between them.
the EXO-L couldn’t been more excited to watch their favorite Idol on the small screen once again. This rom-com will be penned by Kim Ji Soo and Park Chul, who own the record for the highest viewership ratings in MBN history. In addition, the EXO-L stated Suho is going to do an outstanding job such as in previous roles he has made over the years.
