Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez have been recently spotted together in different places this week. This comes as no surprise, as both superstars have been long time friends since 2008. They crossed paths thanks to the Jonas Brothers, back when Taylor was dating Joe Jonas and Selena was dating Nick Jonas.
Since then, the two singers have been inseparable, and they have sent love to each other in numerous occasions. For example, Taylor Swift has been one to cheer and clap every time her friend comes up on stage. Then, Selena even had an antagonist role in Taylor’s “Bad Blood” music video with a star-packed cast.
History aside, the “Look at Her Now” singer and the “Anti-Hero” songwriter were recently spotted at the MTV Video Music Awards 2023 last Tuesday, where Taylor won several important awards, including “Video of the Year,” and Selena won “Best Collaboration” for “Calm Down” with Rema.
In addition, the hit makers also shared a lovely time together in Rhode Island, United States. On Saturday, September 16, the “Hands to Myself” singer shared some photos with her and her friend Taylor Swift, at what it seems to be a restaurant, on her Instagram account.
The charming friends can be seen dining outside, smiling at the camera in the first picture. Then, the “Shake it Off” juggernaut can be seen kissing Selena Gomez on the cheek in the second picture. The caption of the picture reads “Thas my best frien -she a real bad,” possibly referencing Saweetie’s most famous song “Best Friends” which features Doja Cat.
