The streaming platform Netflix has decided to bet big with a millionaire budget to develop a series that can finally dethrone the successful HBO series ‘Game Of Thrones‘ and leave it into oblivion.

The entertainment media accepted the challenge of making a live action of ‘One Piece‘ the most popular manga in the world, it was confirmed by a trailer that was released a few days ago in which we could see real actors giving life to the main characters of this anime.

The production of this new adaptation has a budget of 18 million dollars per episode, surpassing ‘Game of Thrones’ and other franchises, becoming the most expensive series of Netflix in its history, ensuring that ‘One Piece’ will be the new big hit of the platform.

Eiichirõ Oda creator of this successful manga just broke a new record by having a total of 500 million copies in print worldwide, so many fans are looking forward to what will be this exciting big budget live action. For its part, Netflix is fully confident in its success.

Although the popular streaming company wanted to maintain the greatest fidelity in the main characters of the acclaimed anime, to ensure the entertainment of their fans, in the story of pirates they have changed some characters which could anger some fans, however it is still expected that this will be the success that surpasses ‘Game Of Thrones’.
