Prince Harry has continuously been in the spotlight for the past few months due to all the controversies. Last week, he attended King Charles III and Queen Camilla’s coronation but now several royal experts are saying that Harry could be a potential threat to the King’s reign.
Richard Kay, from the Daily Mail, thinks that Charles’ reign is off to a good start but there are several challenges that he will have to face in the future.
“The Coronation was a triumph but – from Andrew and Harry to Commonwealth countries looking to break from the Crown – Charles now faces some real challenges.”
On top of that, several of the Commonwealth Nations showed their discontent with the British monarchy. For example, the Jamaican government is currently working on a referendum to become a republic and remove Charles as the head of state. In addition, Prince Andrew and Prince Harry’s declarations and constant scandals are harming the royal family’s image.
Royal experts believe Charles needs to keep his family united and they all need to work together to clean up the family’s reputation. However, the new monarchs will have to face the upcoming challenges and demonstrate that they are capable of ruling the country regardless of the scandals.
