Jisoo and Nayeon are known to having been friends for a long time, but now the fans are wondering if there is anything else going on between them other than a simple friendship.
Both girls were trainees at the same time and were even seen practicing together along with another BLACKPINK member, Jennie. At some point in 2015, they were even expected to debut as together in a group, which of course, did not happen except Jisoo and Jennie did debut together. Nayeon ended up debuting with another group under another agency, TWICE, where she is the most popular member of the group.
Even after taking different paths, Nayeon and Jisoo stayed in contact and remained good friends, they were seen wearing friendship necklaces and they also commented about their nicknames for each other. But fans didn’t have any suspicions about their relationship until they were caught flirting with each other at an awards show back in 2018.

This caused a lot of conversation among fans of both groups, most assumed it was just another cute interaction between the idols, but some other started wondering if there was something more going on between them than just a past as fellow trainees.
