BLACKPINK’s Jennie has officially released her new digital EP, “FALLEN ANGEL,” marking her second solo project released through her self-founded label, OA Entertainment. The three-track project arrived at midnight on August 28, 2026, and was presented as a personal collection of tracks, focused on honesty and self-expression. “A gift from JENNIE, with love,” Jennie’s label shared.
The EP includes the title track “FALLEN,” along with “HEAVEN” and “Less Than a Lover.” The title song was accompanied by an official music video featuring a dark fairytale aesthetic. The clip combines images of light and darkness, including bonfires, flowers, butterflies, and unsettling nightmare-like moments. Meanwhile, Jennie remains at the center of the story as the video explores the contrast of contradictory emotions in a cinematic storytelling piece.
Fans had already heard part of the new project before its official release. The BLACKPINK member debuted “Heaven” last month while headlining the final night of Open’er Festival in Gdynia, Poland. Before performing “Less Than a Lover,” she explained that she had written the song while thinking about summer. It’s a song I wrote thinking about summer,” she told the public. “FALLEN ANGEL” comes hot on the heels of the success of Tame Impala and Jennie’s remix of “Dracula,” which has become one of 2026’s biggest songs.
