KATSEYE surprised EYEKONS (their fandom name) with a special performance during the Disney Legends ceremony at D23 Expo 2026 on August 16, 2026. The event took place at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California, and members Daniela, Lara, Megan, and Yoonchae performed “I Won’t Say (I’m In Love).” The iconic song is known for being one of the most iconic tracks on Disney’s 1997 animated movie Hercules. It was originally performed by Susan Egan, who also attended the ceremony.

The four members wore long white dresses with gold accessories for their live tribute. Videos of their performance quickly spread across social media, with fans praising their vocal prowess and stage presence. Many viewers said the performance showed the group’s singing abilities and expressed interest in hearing KATSEYE release more songs that focus on their vocal skills, rather than their current hyperpop direction.

Members Manon and Sophia did not participate because both are currently on temporary breaks. Manon was put on hiatus in February 2026 to focus on her health and well-being, but there is no update on whether she will come back to the group. Similarly, on August 7, 2026, HYBE and Geffen Records announced that Sophia would also take a break following advice from medical professionals, though she is believed to return after her recovery. Meanwhile, KATSEYE is continuing activities with four members following the release of its EP Wild on August 13, 2026. The (temporary) four-piece girl band will begin their Wildworld Tour on September 1, visiting Europe, Canada, the United States, and Mexico.
