Netflix reveals the first look at the live-action ‘Scooby-Doo: Origins’ series

This will be the first Scooby played by a real dog

A few hours ago, Netflix revealed the first look at the live-action ‘Scooby-Doo: Origins‘ series, generating more expectation by revealing that the series will be starring a real dog.

On June 8th, the streaming platform shared through its social networks the first video teaser from the point of view of a small dog smelling everything around when he suddenly focuses on a young man walking in front of him.

In the next scene, we can see Shaggy holding Scooby in his arms while the dog starts licking his face, showing that the sweet and close bond they have started since they were pretty young and they grew up together.

The new video also revealed that ‘Scooby-Doo: Origins’ will be released in 2027, said the streamer in the caption: “SCOOBY IS FINALLY REAL!!! Meet the goodest boy in Scooby-Doo: Origins, coming to Netflix in 2027.”

Reports also assured that this series will be the first time in the ‘Scooby-Doo’ franchise that the main character will be portrayed as a real dog, generating enormous expectations about the quality of the production.

What will Netflix’s ‘Scooby-Doo: Origins’ be about?

The series is based on the beginnings of the famous mystery gang at Camp Ruby-Spears, where Shaggy and Daphne find a Great Dane puppy who is the only witness to a supernatural murder, so they recruit Velma and Fred to investigate together.
