Stray Kids “Walkin’ On Water” music video surpasses 100 million views on YouTube

Stray Kids have collected tens of milestones over the years, making them worthy of being one of the most acclaimed acts in the Kpop scene for a while. Now, the idols are back in the spotlight with a special achievement on YouTube for their song, “Walkin on Water.”

On May 20 KST, Stray Kids’ music video for “Walkin on Water” was reported to surpass 100 million YouTube views. The title track from “SKZHOP HIPTAPE 合 (HOP)” and its music video were released on December 13, 2024, meaning the song took over 1 year and six months to reach this amazing milestone.

“Walkin On Water” now joins as the 20th member of the 100 million views club, including some other hits such as “God’s Menu”, “Back Door”, “MANIAC”, “CASE 143”, “Chk Chk Boom”, and the Japanese original track “CIRCUS”.

Once again, Stray Kids proves to be one of the giant names in the Kpop scene. The idols’ popularity not only relies on YouTube views, as they are also set to appear as a headliner at major global festivals this year, including The Governors Ball Music Festival in New York City on June 6 and Rock in Rio in Brazil on Sept. 11.
