Selena Gomez has listed her large Los Angeles area home for $6.5 million after moving into a new Beverly Hills mansion with her husband, Benny Blanco. The house is located in Encino’s private Rancho enclave and sits behind a gated driveway. According to real estate sources, the estate officially hit the market on May 1, 2026, with several luxury features aimed at high-end buyers.

The home includes six bedrooms, ten bathrooms, and about 11,500 square feet of living space. It was once owned by the late rock musician Tom Petty, giving the mansion a little bit of musical background alongside Selena’s own legacy. Inside, the property has luxury spaces, including a large living room, a modern kitchen, and a formal dining room. In addition, it includes a wine cellar, media room, massage room, glam room, gym, workspace, and vocal booth.

The outdoor area covers nearly one acre and includes a pool, spa, waterfall, and stream, which gives the home a private resort feeling. Selena Gomez’s decision to sell the property comes after she and Benny Blanco bought a Beverly Hills mansion in 2025 for about $35 million. With the couple now settled into a much larger property, the Encino estate seems to be ready for a new owner. For buyers with a major budget, the listing offers space, privacy, history, and a long list of luxury comforts. The listing presents a rare celebrity-owned estate with family space, entertainment rooms, recording features, and privacy in one of Los Angeles’ most exclusive and desirable zones.
