Through a recent YouTube video, Epik High revealed they were victims of workplace bullying while they were advising a fan who was experiencing a similar situation.

In the video titled ‘Burnout Survival Guide (Epik High Gives Life Advice),’ the members of the veteran boy group receive concerns from subscribers and respond with empathy and advice to help their followers overcome this issue.

During this interaction, they received the story from a young adult fan who resigned his first job due to bullying; he said that “because of my timid personality, I keep thinking it might be my fault, wondering if the problem lies with me,” and the difficulties of continuing his life with that feeling.

In response, Tablo expressed his sympathy; Tukutz comforted the person, saying, “Don’t blame yourself”; and Mithra gave serious advice based on their experience: “It might be better to change the environment. We also went through times when there were lots of such people.”

“Eventually, people who really fit well with us started working together. Changing the environment might greatly ease your mind, and it should be okay.”

Tablo continued advising by saying that he should strengthen his mentality and face the situation and finally revealed that in their beginnings, “Some producers really bullied me openly. They asked me, ‘Why do you make such garbage music?'” taking their current team by surprise.

“I swear to God, it’s true. They’d say to Tukutz, ‘Hey DJ! Get out here and set this up!’ There were so many people tormenting us for no reason. Our mentality is a bit strong. That’s how we endured it, but this kind of thing happens everywhere.”
