A few hours ago, social networks collapsed with Dakota Johnson and Anne Hathaway kissing in the first trailer for the actress’s upcoming thriller movie ‘Verity.’
On April 27th, Amazon MGM finally released the first official teaser for their next movie based on Colleen Hoover’s bestselling 2018 novel of the same name, starring Hathaway, Johnson, and Josh Hartnett taking the main roles.
The trailer starts with Dakota Johnson’s character, Lowen Ashleigh, walking through the corridor of a mysterious home at night and looking into a room where her employer, Verity Crawford (Hathaway), sleeps while her husband is on the couch.
She sits on Jeremy’s lap and kisses him passionately until Lowen pulls away for a moment and Jeremy is now Verity, who gives her a sinister smile and forces her to kiss again and bite her lip until it makes her bleed and scream in fear.
This movie follows the story of a writer hired to complete the remaining books in a famous author’s bestselling series after the author suffers a mysterious accident. However, as she delves into the author’s life, she uncovers disturbing details about the family’s past.
